Services will be provided as per the details mentioned in the service agreement or quotation provided to you. Additional services may be requested, subject to availability and additional charges.


3. Booking and Scheduling

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, phone, or email.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking services.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline a service request based on availability and feasibility.
  • A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking.
  • Any changes to booking details must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Emergency or same-day service bookings may incur an additional fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for our services vary based on the size, condition, and type of cleaning required.
  • A detailed quotation will be provided before service commencement.
  • Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.
  • Full payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling is allowed, subject to availability.
  • In case of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, emergencies), we reserve the right to reschedule services.
  • If we arrive at your location and are unable to provide service due to incorrect booking information or lack of access, a service call fee may be charged.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Remove fragile items, valuables, and obstructions before service.
  • Provide accurate details about the condition of carpets, upholstery, and other areas to be cleaned.
  • Inform us of any special requirements or concerns before service commencement.
  • Keep pets and children away from the work area for safety reasons.
  • Allow reasonable drying time for carpets and upholstery before walking on them.

7. Service Guarantee and Limitations

  • We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction.
  • While we use professional-grade equipment and solutions, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or damages caused by permanent discoloration or wear and tear.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage to carpets, upholstery, or any other surfaces.
  • Some stains, such as those caused by bleach, dye, or pet urine, may not be completely removable.
  • We do not guarantee results if carpets or upholstery have been treated with incorrect cleaning products prior to our service.
  • Customers must report any dissatisfaction within 24 hours of service completion for any potential corrections.

8. Liability and Indemnification

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
  • Customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from service use.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.
  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect installation, loose carpets, pre-existing conditions, or manufacturer defects.
